For 35 years Hospice of the North Shore & Greater Boston (HNSGB) had been providing care for patients and their loved ones throughout all stages of advanced illness – in their homes and assisted living communities, in skilled nursing facilities and hospitals, and at the inpatient Kaplan Family Hospice House. In 2013, it became evident that this beloved institution had outgrown its name.
We worked collaboratively with a group of professionals and the on-site staff to re-brand HSNGB to Care Dimensions. The new name was crafted to proclaim the organization’s many dimensions of care, the expanded services, and the growing number of communities served as well as honoring the mission of a well-established and valued organization.
Our work ranged over the entire spectrum of branding activities, including:
- Market research
- Name development
- Brand messaging platform
- Visual brand program including a new logo, color palette, style guide, templates for all social media, advertising and print materials
- Collateral design, development, production and distribution
- Advertising and public relations campaigns
- Event programs to launch the newly branded Care Dimensions to reflect the many dimensions of care, the expanded services, and the growing number of communities served as well as honoring the mission of a well-established and valued organization.
